We only sell wholesale. All customers are required to submit a valid resale certificate.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
All the jewelry we sell is subjected to rigid quality control, first at the manufacturing facility, then by the plating facility, and then again before shipping to our offices. When shipments arrive to our office, we quality control each piece, and again inspect before we ship to you. That's five separate inspections!
We provide free replacement or credit for pieces found to be defective. Jewelry you purchased that has since been discontinued may not be credited or returned.
To make a claim for a defective piece, you must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt.
Unless otherwise noted in your Order Comments we ship all orders insured, with UPS, USPS or FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated based on the final weight and insurance cost. Our minimum shipping and processing charge is $5.88.
